As 2020 comes to a close, consider purchasing a Komatsu machine from Road Machinery & Supplies Co. to take advantage of Section 179. By purchasing a machine before December 31st, you can be eligible for deduction of up to $1,000,000 and a 100% bonus depreciation after write-off. Section 179 of the IRS tax code allows businesses to deduct the full purchase price of qualifying equipment and/or software purchased or financed during the tax year as opposed to writing off smaller percentage of the cost over multiple years.
