The new 12,000-square-foot facility will replace the current branch, which was built in the early 1950s. The event was attended by RMS employees, the Sioux City Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Bob Scott, local news and other key partners involved with the project.   "This facility is going to be a substantial upgrade from what we have had in the past," said CEO Mike Sill II.
